The Role Commercial Asset Management services Management of relationship with institutional agencies Procuring, obtaining, and maintaining relevant insurances, including liaising with insurers as required Responsible for PPA Agreements Liaising with Technical Engineers who are responsible for the effective supervision and monitoring of the operation and maintenance services to maximise generated production Monitoring and commenting monthly/quarterly unaudited management reports in respect of the relevant projects (prepared by Financial Controller) Monitoring Forecasting and managing project cash flows, including approving any project related expenses (prepared by Financial Controller) Maintain and clean up master data to ensure a consistent overview of all relevant contracts

The Person The Successful Candidate Will Likely Have: ~ Bachelor’s Degree required with a concentration in business, finance, legal, engineering, or other similar discipline ~5+ Experience in Asset Management including stakeholder management ~ Preferably, experienced within administration of solar parks, wind parks or other renewable assets ~ Experience in negotiating contracts along with proven ability to liaise with and manage/monitor contractors ~ Experience in budget management; including monitoring and reporting ~ Spanish/English Language capabilities
