Design and execute CRM strategies focused on engagement, retention, and conversion, especially for health and wellness audiences &##129658;&##Set up and manage CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, ensuring proper segmentation, tagging, and automation ⚙️&##128202;. Collaborate with content, design, and media teams to deliver effective email marketing campaigns &##128231;&##Manage database hygiene and ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, CAN-SPAM) &##128272;.
