Project Manager

with strong experience in large-scale transformation or migration programs within the banking and/or insurance sector to join the project of our client from the banking sector.

High english level is required.

Key Responsibilities: Lead governance and coordination of a strategic insurance integration program. Develop and maintain the master plan: milestones, dependencies, budget, and timelines. Proactively manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans. Prepare executive reporting, KPIs and materials for Steering Committees. Ensure alignment of business, IT, and operations streams with strategic objectives. Implement work methodologies and ensure project quality. Provide organizational and functional understanding of the project.

Mandatory requirements: 3+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation or migration programs. Strong governance, stakeholder management, and multi-entity coordination skills. End-to-end planning, budget control, and milestone‑based delivery experience. Robust risk, issue, and dependency management. Executive‑level communication and reporting skills. Understanding of insurance product migration and UK regulatory considerations. English at least C1
