Accounts Receivable Manager

Company Overview Well-established and growing company operating nationwide in Spain, with multiple branches across the country, forming part of a multinational group.

Position Summary The Accounts Receivable Manager will have nationwide responsibility for invoicing, pricing governance, and credit management, ensuring full oversight of the customer financial cycle. This is a strategic role within the Finance Department, reporting directly to the CFO.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable function at national level. Oversee invoicing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ensure proper pricing governance and validation processes. Manage credit risk, collections strategy and ageing performance. Monitor and optimise DSO, perform ageing analysis and support cash forecasting. Optimise and maintain full control of the customer financial cycle. Implement and strengthen internal controls and operational efficiencies. Monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting to the CFO. Work closely with Commercial and Operations teams. Lead, motivate and develop the Accounts Receivable team.

Candidate Profile Proven experience in Accounts Receivable management. Strong knowledge of credit control, pricing structures and financial processes. Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities. Results-oriented, with the ability to drive process improvements. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education & Requirements University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or a related field. Fluent English (spoken and written). Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Availability to travel within Spain approximately 1–2 times per month.
