What You’ll Do Develop and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) using advanced, quantum-inspired techniques. Build LLM-based applications such as RAG systems and AI agents. Train and deliver custom deep learning models for real-world client applications. Benchmark, fine-tune, and optimize models for accuracy, robustness, and efficiency. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, mentoring junior colleagues and sharing expertise. Stay up to date with the latest AI and LLM advancements to drive innovation.

Requirements Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields. 2+ years hands-on experience with deep learning models, particularly transformers or computer vision models. Strong Python skills; experience with PyTorch, HuggingFace, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and Docker. Solid understanding of deep learning algorithms, neural networks, and GPU architectures. Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
