ASSISTANT COACH INTERNATIONAL FOOTBALL

At Firmament,

we don’t just organize football events, we create unforgettable international football experiences. Young players from Canada and the United States travel to Spain to train, compete and grow through elite programs with FC Barcelona Experience and Atlético de Madrid Experience. Now, we’re building our team, and we’re looking for YOU.

We’re searching for high-energy, football-passionate Assistant Coaches to join us during our international football camps.

This role is ideal for players who:

Live and breathe football Love working with kids Want to learn from top European club methodologies Are responsible, committed and ready for an intense, action-packed week You’ll be involved on and off the pitch, playing a key role in the success of the experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Support official coaches during training sessions and activities Help young players improve their technique, confidence and game understanding Motivate, guide and take care of the kids at all times Manage group logistics: transfers, schedules and daily activities Ensure players’ safety, well-being and positive experience Act as a role model in attitude, discipline and teamwork Learn and apply the FC Barcelona or Atlético de Madrid football methodology

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Full availability for one full week (mandatory) Solid football background (you must know how to play) Passion for football and youth development Comfortable working with children and teenagers English level B2–C1 (mandatory) Fluent Spanish (mandatory) High level of responsibility and maturity Energetic, proactive and team-oriented mindset
