Sales Director Spain (Payroll, BPO & HCM Solutions)

European HR solutions group specialized in payroll software (Payroll SaaS), HR outsourcing services (BPO) and Human Capital Management solutions, with strong international presence and an established structure in Spain. The company is entering a new phase of expansion in the Spanish market, focused on increasing market share and developing new business opportunities. In this context, we are looking to appoint a Sales Director for Spain, with direct responsibility for defining and executing the national commercial strategy

Key Responsibilities - Define and execute the commercial strategy for Spain - Lead and develop the national sales organization - Drive complex B2B sales cycles (SaaS & BPO solutions) - Engage with C-level stakeholders (CEO, CFO, HR Directors) - Build a strong pipeline and deliver reliable forecasts - Ensure alignment with European leadership, marketing and delivery teams

Requirements - 12+ years of experience in complex B2B sales - Background in Payroll, HR outsourcing (BPO), HCM SaaS or HR tech - Proven experience leading commercial teams - Strong track record in competitive markets - Experience managing consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes - Fluent English (C1)
