Senior Solution Architect (Consultant) to define the

detailed target architecture

for a multi-country

Genesys Cloud Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solution.

This role is key to shaping a

scalable, compliant, and future-proof architecture

, including a clear strategy for the integration and usage of

AI capabilities

(Genesys native AI and external enterprise AI platforms).

Define end-to-end

high-level and detailed target architecture

for Genesys CCaaS (logical, functional, and technical views, including diagrams) Design

scalable, multi-country architectures

and country-by-country rollout roadmaps Proven experience as

Enterprise or Solution Architect Hands-on experience in

large-scale, multi-country Genesys Cloud (CCaaS) architecture design and implementations. Detailed design of

Genesys Cloud (CCaaS) Strong understanding of

cloud architecture, network design, APIs, and data integration patterns English level C1 or higher (fluent – daily working language)

Genesys Cloud certifications Work on challenging projects for big clients ~ Access to continuous training and certifications ~
