Finance & Systems PM Acquisitions Integration / PMI Consultant – Spanish-speaking

A large international company is looking for an experienced Senior Finance Transformation Manager to lead the integration of a recent acquisition. The company is live with Oracle systems and is looking for someone with strong Post-Merger Integrations delivery experience for Finance and ERP systems to lead and deliver the integration of the acquisition.

The right candidate will lead business analysis, process mapping and gap-fit and will deliver the successful integration of the new entity end-to-end for finance systems and processes.

8+ years' experience in Finance transformation including prior Financial Systems or ERP experience ~ Proven experience integrating new acquisitions into the core business in a large international company (Post-Merger Integrations – PMI delivery) ~ Experience delivering complex Business Systems and Finance Transformation projects for new entities in an international environment ~ Prior experience delivering ERP or Finance systems integrations, ideally with Oracle applications ~ Lead the PMI project to integrate the new business acquisition into the core company covering Financial Systems & processes Lead the migration from legacy Business Systems and Finance Operating models to the new Target Operating Model and ERP solution (Oracle) Track and report on Project Progress Drive the project towards delivery against scope definitions and project plans e.g. time/budget/scope Coordinate collaboration between the central team and local entity teams Project governance

Fluent Spanish and English essential
