Air Liquide Healthcare launched its ‘TechCARE’ transformation program 5 years ago. The program aims to increase operational efficiency and launch new, innovative home healthcare offerings by leveraging a global Salesforce platform. This "core model" provides a unified, optimized, patient-centric journey across our operations.
Our platform is a comprehensive ecosystem that includes Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Field Service Management, and Integration Cloud.
Position Summary
CX Facade is an ecosystem of APIs or Connectors, which represent a set of field mappings and transformation rules for specific data meant to be exported or imported. These connectors enable
end-to-end system integrations
and data exchanges following the Healthcare-related global standard “FHIR” (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) to ensure data interoperability and seamless integration across heterogeneous platforms.
CX Façade is the backbone of data integration between the Salesforce platform and all the other applications of the IT landscape (ERP, MDM, Portals, etc.),
through API-Based and middleware-driven integration patterns , using Google Apigee as the API Gateway.
In this context, the Product Owner (PO) Integration Façade is responsible for the full integrations
“discovery-delivery” lifecycle,
as well as for defining a vision and objectives for the CX Façade as a product used in a portfolio of IT projects, core solutions and country deployments.
Key Responsibilities (What we offer):
Communicating with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for data integrations,
taking ownership of the end-to-end integration flows,
and translating those needs into technical requirements for the development team
Defining rules for logical data mappings logical (data structure) and physical data mappings (actual data paths and formats),
including data transformation and routing,
through careful analysis of source and target data models, ensuring compliance with FHIR standards
Participating in connector development testing and troubleshooting,
including error handling incident analysis, and end-to-end functional validation
Continuously monitoring the performance, reliability and security of the integration platform,
including monitoring, alerts, and recommendations for improvements, optimizations, retries and overall stability .
Maintaining an internal detailed catalog of standard “Core” connectors, from a technical and functional perspective, within an
“API as a product”
approach, that also serves as a convergence tool to limit the API proliferation
Collecting and analyzing user feedback and usage data to perform evolutive and adaptive maintenance to optimize the CX Façade as needed, ensuring compliance with Air Liquide and Salesforce security and performance standards
Managing and communicating a CX Façade product roadmap, including resource needs and budget.
Qualifications & Experience (What we expect from you):
Higher-Education Degree (Master 2)
Strong proficiency in API integration with practical experience in integrating Salesforce with ERPs (SAP, Microsoft D365, Infor ..),
including API Gateway usage (Google Apigee, Mulesoft, or other solutions)
Strong experience in Salesforce integrations patterns and data transformation and formats
(JSon knowledge mandatory) , including data error handling and data consistency across systems
Hands on experience with
integration Run Topics
(monitoring, incidents troubleshooting) in a production environment is a strong plus
Strong stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of project management methodologies
Good understanding of Agile approach and metrics
Good writing & speaking skills
Good interpersonal and leadership skills, this position being in the center of critical IT development activities in a highly-regulated industry

Fluent English
The position is based in Paterna (Spain).
You will need to go to the site 3 times a day and you have 2 days of remote work per week.
