Salesforce Services and Oracle CPQ

into a large-scale international Services business as part of a major Front Office transformation programme.

They are seeking a

Principal End-to-End Business Analyst

to bridge business requirements and digital platform evolution across pricing, quotation, and service operations. This is a high-visibility transformation role working across international teams and senior stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing Gather, analyse and validate business requirements across Salesforce Services and Oracle CPQ Translate complex requirements into scalable functional specifications Lead cross-functional workshops (global stakeholders) Define and document As-Is / To-Be processes Identify solution gaps and propose platform enhancements Collaborate with global IT partners and development teams Support scalable digital transformation aligned with reference models Drive topics including RPA, document management, UI/UX, and mobile

Required Experience 5+ years’ experience in IT / Business Analysis Strong experience with: Salesforce (Services environment preferred) Oracle CPQ Cloud (BigMachines) Experience with Pricefx is beneficial ERP knowledge (SAP or Oracle preferred) Experience in global transformation or services business environments Strong stakeholder management capability Fluent English

Highly Desirable Experience deploying Salesforce into Services organisations Experience integrating Salesforce with Oracle CPQ ServiceMax exposure (bonus, not mandatory) Experience working in complex international matrix organisations
