Cloud Network Engineer

We are looking for a Cloud Network Engineer to join a modern engineering environment focused on building scalable, highly reliable cloud networking platforms. This role combines deep networking expertise with automation and software engineering practices, working closely with platform and development teams to design and operate next generation infrastructure. You will contribute to the design, automation, and continuous improvement of large scale network environments supporting cloud native services and distributed systems. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable, resilient, and multi tenant cloud network architectures • Build and maintain advanced networking solutions across cloud and data center environments • Automate infrastructure lifecycle using Infrastructure as Code principles • Develop tooling and automation to improve provisioning, configuration, and operational efficiency • Troubleshoot complex networking issues including routing, connectivity, and performance challenges • Collaborate with software engineering teams to define infrastructure interfaces and platform requirements • Implement monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning strategies for network reliability • Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices within agile teams Required Experience • Strong background in networking and distributed infrastructure environments • Deep knowledge of Linux networking and modern network protocols • Hands on experience with technologies such as IPv6, BGP, IPsec, WireGuard, and load balancing solutions • Experience designing networks in cloud or data center environments • Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform • Programming or scripting skills for automation, ideally using Go or similar languages • Understanding of cloud networking concepts including VPCs, software defined networking, and load balancing • Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and API driven infrastructure Preferred Skills • Exposure to open source networking technologies and routing solutions • Experience operating production scale cloud platforms • Strong problem solving mindset with a focus on reliability and scalability • Comfortable working in agile, collaborative engineering teams Qualifications • Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • Professional working proficiency in English
