We are a high-performing supplement brand with a strong track record on Amazon USA. As Growth Manager you will lead expansion into new geographies, platforms, and sub-brands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility and accountability, likes building systems from scratch, is comfortable making fast decisions with incomplete data, and wants to own outcomes — not just ideas — while seeing the direct impact of their work.

Own commercial performance: revenue, profitability, and growth trajectory Define what success looks like for each channel and track the performance Build and own new sub-brands where needed Proven 3+ years of experience growing ecommerce brands across markets or channels Excellent commercial judgment: you know what to test, what to kill, and what to double down on Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete data Data-literate: you use numbers to guide decisions, not opinions Full-time, remote role with flexible hours (CET timezone) ~Fun social activities to keep the team connected ~ Open & Honest: We value honest, constructive feedback and engage in healthy conflict for the company’s greater good.
