They create innovative medicines for people and animals, adding value through innovation for all three business areas: human pharmaceuticals, animal health, and contract manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals. Now they are growing in animal area too, it was created 3 years ago. Our client is forming a technological hub that will serve the entire group internationally. It is growing and has more than 500 specialists. This hub is located in San Cugat del Vallés.

Data Transformation Engineer

to join the team.

What will your duties be? Design, develop, and maintain scalable data transformation workflows using dbt. Navigate Snowflake to ensure accuracy, performance, and compliance. Orchestrate data pipelines and scheduling using Airflow. Implement version control and collaborative development practices with Bitbucket. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to deliver high-quality data solutions. Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure reliability and efficiency.

Which are the requirements? DBT for data modeling and transformation. Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse platforms. Airflow for workflow orchestration. Bitbucket/GitHub for source control. Strong SQL skills for complex queries and performance tuning. Solid understanding of data modeling principles and best practices.
