Lead Interior Designer

Whilst much of the market attention continues to sit on the Middle East, a rare senior leadership opportunity has opened up within a globally recognised hospitality design practice expanding its team across Asia. These appointments allow you to step into an established international platform without compromising on project calibre or profile.

We would also consider an ambitious Senior or Lead Designer currently operating just below director level, who is genuinely ready to step up into a studio leadership position and has the credibility, maturity and project experience to do so.

The studio operates firmly at the top end of the hospitality market, delivering projects for leading global brands across multiple regions.

The roles

ID Director – Bangkok Set and protect creative direction across high end hospitality projects Lead multidisciplinary interior design teams Oversee delivery standards from concept through to completion Represent the studio with global operators and developers Mentor and develop senior designers within the team

Design Director – Singapore (Architecture or Interior Design) Oversee studio level design direction across architecture or interiors Shape concept development through to delivery Manage senior teams across multiple complex projects Act as a key client facing figure across the region Ensure commercial alignment alongside creative excellence

These are genuine leadership appointments. You will define creative vision, maintain design quality, guide senior teams and ensure projects align commercially as well as creatively.

What they’re looking for

Extensive experience within high end international hospitality design Strong understanding of brand, guest experience, delivery and commercial reality Operating at Lead Designer, Design Director or Creative Director level within a respected international practice Proven leadership of teams and major client relationships Confidence working across cultures and international markets

Relocation Markets such as Singapore and Thailand are traditionally more complex than the UAE when it comes to relocation and visas. In this case, the business is fully prepared to manage and support that process properly for the right individual.
