About the Opportunity: One of our Global leaders in AI Domain client is seeking ambitious Business Development Hunters to accelerate growth across Spain, France, and Germany. Success in this role requires strategic prospecting, AI-driven insights, and rapid adaptability in dynamic international markets. Your Mission: Drive revenue by generating leads, closing deals, and building strategic client relationships using cutting-edge technology and AI tools to enhance learnability and efficiency.

Job Specific Key Responsibilities

AI-Powered Prospecting: Leverage AI tools, analytics, and automation platforms for lead generation and market mapping. Identify high-potential prospects using data-driven insights.

Business Acquisition Convert opportunities into signed contracts and revenue streams. Lead negotiations and manage the full sales lifecycle.

Market & Technology Intelligence Analyze competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging technology applications. Translate market insights into commercial opportunities.

Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong client relationships and strategic partnerships. Act as a trusted advisor throughout the client journey.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to deliver tailored solutions. Provide market feedback to support product evolution.

Performance Optimization Track KPIs, sales pipeline health, and performance metrics. Continuously improve prospecting and conversion strategies.

Required Skills 5+ Years of experience in Sales or Business Development selling AI Solutions/ OR AI Services Proven track record of achieving or exceeding growth targets. Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and AI-driven sales or analytics tools. Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, and German. Tech-savvy, fast learner, self-driven, and highly results-oriented.
