Headquartered in Berlin, Germany. As a Senior Account Manager Manager, you will have a key role in the Glovo Partners team. Be part of South Region’s team of Spain based in the Sevilla office
Ensure career development and professional growth of your team via 1-1s, performance reviews and recurrent feedback.
Draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through promos negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling) .
Ensure that Glovo has the best content by signing preferred partnerships with partners.
Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners (using marketing kits, merchandising, etc)
Improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers.
At least 4 years of experience in high-performance and fast-paced environments (startup, investment banking, top consulting firms or top tech companies).
Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or Industrial Engineering is a plus.
Relevant experience leading cross functional teams with 4+ people and excellent in stakeholder management.
good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office and Excel.
Native Spanish Language is a must, English skills is a plus.
Strong Commercial skills and customer obsession: you're persuasive in the most pleasant possible way and have no trouble selling anything that brings value to customers/partners and the Glovo platform.
Project management: A data-driven mentality, taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary.
You're extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments
