. You’ll be part of a product focused engineering team building and scaling a mature SaaS platform used at scale. The Role Build and maintain backend services using Python (approx. 65%) Design and work with APIs, data flows, and core business logic Develop and enhance frontend features using Angular (approx. 35%) Collaborate closely with product managers and other engineers Write clean, scalable, and well tested production code Participate in code reviews and technical discussions Requirements Strong commercial experience with Python in backend focused roles Solid Angular experience building production applications Experience working in SaaS or product led environments Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload Freelance availability Based in Spain, Spanish citizenship required Nice to Have Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing Experience working on high traffic systems Contract Details Freelance contract 6-month rolling engagement Fully remote within Spain Long term opportunity with a leading SaaS product company
