Area Manager – Textile & Flat Lamination (Europe)

Textile and Flat Lamination

markets, we are looking for an experienced

Area Manager

to drive commercial growth across Europe.

&##To expand MORCHEM’s footprint in the European Textile & Flat Lamination markets, maximize profitability, and open new business opportunities.

&##Commercial & Business Development

Manage and grow the commercial portfolio in Textile and Flat Lamination.

Negotiate commercial conditions, ensuring profitability and target achievement.

Market Strategy & Analysis

Develop the annual sales budget together with the Business Development Director.

Monitor sales performance, identify deviations and implement corrective actions.

Prepare monthly, interim and annual performance reports.

Provide both technical and commercial support to customers.

Organize customer presentations and training sessions in coordination with the Technical Service Team.

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Chemistry).

~5–10 years of technical and/or commercial experience

in Textile and/or Flat Lamination.

~ Fluent in English;

German or French is a strong plus

.

~ Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

~ Travel expenses covered according to MORCHEM’s policy.
