Automotive Program Buyer (Barcelona)

We are looking for Automotive Program Buyer to work for the most important Tier1, specialized in hard trim in the automotive sector based in Barcelona. Requirements: Bachelor of Engineering or Science or Business School with purchasing speciality (or similar). Previous experience in a similar post is required (4+ years). Knowledge of project management in automotive sector. High level of English. Technical Skills: Purchasing knowledge; Technical negotiations; Project management ; Customer oriented; Rigor & result oriented. Availability to travel. Location: Barcelona.

Tasks: Selecting Suppliers for RFQ. Management of RFQ-Process. Negotiation of part prices, Tool cost and ECR management. Coordination of other Purchasing functions on Program Level (Quality, Tooling, Commodity) and consolidated reporting and Milestone reviews. Continuous Improvements.
