B2C Sales Development Representative – German Market &##128222; to handle inbound sales calls, support potential customers in understanding their insurance options, and guide them toward making informed purchasing decisions&##128640;

&##Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals by effectively converting leads into customers &##127919; ● Adhere to established sales scripts and guidelines while maintaining flexibility to personalise conversations and build rapport &##129309; ● Work closely with sales managers and colleagues to share best practices, improve sales techniques, and contribute to overall team success &##128101; ● Use CRM tools to document customer interactions, track sales progress, and update client information promptly &##128187;
