Position Title Senior Surgical Robotics Sales Specialist

Location Nationwide Coverage with Flexible Base City

Employment Type Full-time position

Responsibilities Market Development Develop hospital/distributor channels and achieve sales targets Market Intelligence: Analyze MIS rates, reimbursement policies, KOL mapping Design regional marketing strategies and maintain key account relationships Lead clinical demonstrations and surgeon training programs Monitor competitors and submit competition reports

Education:

BSc, preferably with MedTech regulatory knowledge

Experience: Senior sales experience in high-end medical devices (surgical robotics/endoscopic preferred) Proven track record in sales

Language: fluent level of the local language Business English fluency for international collaboration

Mobility 50% travel commitment (incl. monthly international trips) Valid Driver's License

Compensation & Benefits Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission Company car or mobility allowance
