Intellias is looking for an experienced

Agentic AI Developer

to join our Innovation Team. You'll work on pioneering projects developing sophisticated AI agent systems that will drive the next generation of intelligent solutions for the air transport industry.

Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience

with Python development Proven expertise

with LangChain and/or LangGraph frameworks Strong knowledge

of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their practical applications Experience building

agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows Solid understanding

of RAG architectures and vector databases Proficiency with Azure

cloud services and deployment patterns Experience with

MLOps practices and AI observability tools Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and optimization English B2 level or higher

Will be a plus: Experience in the travel, transport, or aviation industry Familiarity with Azure OpenAI Service Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML systems Background in software architecture and design patterns Understanding of AI safety and responsible AI practices Familiarity with other AI frameworks (AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)

Responsibilities: Design and develop agentic AI systems using LangChain/LangGraph frameworks Build sophisticated RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations Implement context memory management for both short-term and long-term interactions Create complex agentic workflows that orchestrate multiple AI capabilities Develop observability and monitoring solutions for AI agent performance Deploy and maintain AI systems on Azure cloud infrastructure Collaborate with the Innovation Team to prototype and validate new AI concepts Document technical architectures, patterns, and best practices
