Swimming Instructor / Lifeguard

European International School of Barcelona is looking for a passionate and dedicated Swimming Instructor / Lifeguard to join our team. We are located in Sant Cugat del Vallès, just 15km from the centre of Barcelona. EISB is surrounded by the 8.465 hectare Collserola Natural Park, on a 14.000m2 plot with 10.503m2 of constructed spaces for classrooms, laboratories, dining rooms, a library, auditorium, a gymnasium, two swimming pools and a fully-equipped kitchen. Responsibilities: Teach swimming classes to students from 2 to 14 years old. Adapt sessions according to the age and level of the groups. Act as a lifeguard during the use of the swimming pool. Ensure the safety and proper development of the aquatic activities. Requirements: Official qualification in TSAF, TSEAS, CAFE, Swimming Instructor or a valid Lifeguard certification. Ideally two years of previous experience in similar positions. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Responsible, dynamic person with an educational vocation.
