Senior Project Manager with strong Scrum Master expertise

to lead the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives. In this role, you will guide Agile teams, facilitate Scrum practices, and ensure effective collaboration between engineering teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines

strong Agile leadership, stakeholder management, and exceptional communication skills in English

, enabling them to facilitate collaboration, resolve blockers, manage risks, and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle. You will play a key role in fostering Agile best practices, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring teams deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects using

Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum

. Act as a

Scrum Master for engineering teams

, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Guide teams in adopting and maintaining

Scrum best practices

, promoting continuous improvement and team accountability. Remove impediments and support teams in maintaining productivity and delivery momentum. Proactively

identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues

, ensuring minimal disruption to delivery timelines. Maintain

accurate and timely reporting of project progress

, including sprint metrics, delivery forecasts, and risk assessments. Serve as the main point of contact between engineering teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through

clear, proactive, and structured communication

. Encourage transparency and collaboration across distributed and cross-functional teams.

Must-have Skills Bachelor’s Degree

in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in Project Management

within software development or technology environments. 4+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master

leading Agile development teams. Advanced English level (written and spoken)

with excellent

technical communication skills

. Strong knowledge of

Agile methodologies

, especially

Scrum frameworks and practices

. Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile teams in achieving delivery goals. Demonstrated

stakeholder management experience

, working effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Strong experience

identifying and mitigating project risks and issues

. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. Excellent leadership, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Nice-to-have AI Tooling Proficiency:

Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows. Scrum Master certifications

CSM, PSM, or equivalent

. Experience working with

distributed or global Agile teams

. Familiarity with

Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools

. Experience delivering projects related to

cloud platforms, data, or AI-driven products

. Exposure to
