top-tier customer service in both German and English , via phone and email.

WHAT WE´RE LOOKING FOR •

Fluent German speaker

(fluent-level) •

Advanced English

(minimum C1) • Previous

customer service experience • Based in Madrid or

willing to relocate.

WHAT WE OFFER •

Permanent full-time contract

(39h/week) •

€22,000 gross annual salary + €1500 sign bonus • Monday–Friday rotating schedule (9 AM–8 PM) •

Paid on-site training

(Mon–Thurs, 8 AM–8 PM) • Hybrid work option available after the initial learning period.
