Corporate Lawyer

.

Providing legal support and legal advice to the different areas/departments of the company: Development, Construction, M&A, Project Finance, Operation and Maintenance, Finance and Administration, Asset management, etc. · Drafting, review and negotiation of contracts for the different areas/departments of the company (land agreements, grid connection, equipment supply agreements, project finance, EPC, O&M, PPA, etc. · Legal support on project finance, structured finance and corporate finance. · Corporate law. · Management of national and international law firms.

Degree in Law. A Master's Degree in Business Legal Advice (máster en asesoría jurídica de empresas) is a plus. · Good command of Microsoft Office. · Over 3 years of experience in a reputable law firm/international law firm. · Full command of English.
