B2B Sales Lead – Data & Rural Land
At Orygen we are unlocking the potential of rural land through data.
We help banks, servicers, funds and any entity dealing with land understand the value and potential of their assets through data-driven analysis.
We are growing, and we are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of B2B revenue and build a serious sales engine with us.
Own the full B2B sales cycle (prospecting → demo → proposal → negotiation → close)
Help refine our ICP and commercial positioning
Build and manage a structured pipeline in CRM
Work directly with founders to shape the sales strategy
You have 1-3 experience closing mid-ticket B2B deals
You are comfortable selling to senior stakeholders
You can understand and explain data-driven products
Someone who avoids uncomfortable commercial conversations
Hybrid work model
Permanent contract
Competitive base + performance-based variable
The opportunity to build the B2B machine from scratch
Spanish (C2/native-level proficiency required for client interactions)
Fluent in English
Based in Madrid area (hybrid);
