Strategically located next to the Stellantis Plant in Zaragoza, Spain, the Gigafactory will produce next-generation lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries with a capacity of up to 50 GWh.

Join our team! We are looking for a Local Support Internal Coordinator, who will support the foreign worker’s visa applications, travel bookings and will administrate dormitories and warehouses. This role acts as a key interface with the operations department

Your main responsibilities will be: Assisting employees with visa applications, coordinating with immigration authorities to ensure the applications are successful. Monitoring visa expiration dates and supporting the renewals. Arranging all necessary bookings for business trips, ensuring timely and cost-effective arrangements. Overseeing the storage, distribution, cleaning and inventory management for workwear. Tracking stock levels, coordinating with suppliers and ensuring the replenishment of stock. Managing the day-to-day operations of employee housing, ensuring comfortable and safe living conditions. Handling maintenance requests, working with suppliers to oversee repairs and managing the allocation of dormitories to employees.

Your profile and qualifications: Higher education. High level of Chinese and English is mandatory, minimum C1. Proficiency in Spanish will be valuable. Between 1 and 3 years of relevant work experience. Availability to work on-site at our facilities based in Figueruelas (Zaragoza).
