Capital Markets PMO Manager

A well-established bank is seeking an experienced Capital Markets PMO Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and enhance business processes within its capital markets operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for: Designing and implementing business processes. Defining projects to improve efficiency and the quality of customer service. Harmonizing management models across different business units. Proposing improvement initiatives to enhance business efficiency. Ensuring cross-functional communication to standardize criteria across areas. Supporting business development initiatives. Organizing meetings, presentations, and events.

The requirements of the position are the following ones: Proven experience of at least 6/7 years in consultancy (Capital Markets banking projects, such as FICC Sales, FX, Treasury, etc) . Availability to join within the next two months, under a permanent contract directly with the bank. Higher degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Studies. High level of English (C1-C2).
