Role Description
We are looking for a
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to help build and scale
Galtea’s outbound motion.
This is a foundational role: you will be responsible for developing the top of the sales funnel and will work closely with founders, sales, and marketing to shape how we approach the market. You’ll interact daily with AI leaders, engineering managers, product teams, and compliance stakeholders across multiple industries.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to start (or accelerate) a career in B2B SaaS sales, learn how modern AI companies sell, and grow into more senior sales or revenue roles over time.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential customers based on defined target accounts and ICPs
Initiate conversations via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other outbound channels
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit, needs, and buying intent
Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organizations
Clearly articulate Galtea’s value proposition and relevant use cases
Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and founders
Maintain accurate and structured information in the CRM
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies
Consistently meet or exceed defined sales development goals
Requirements
Strong interest in building a career in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in technology or AI environments
Clear commercial mindset and curiosity about how companies buy software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Proactive, organized, and comfortable working with objectives and metrics
Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and follow structured processes
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where things evolve quickly
We value
motivation, learning ability, and attitude
more than prior SDR experience. A university degree is a plus, but not a strict requirement. You will receive structured onboarding and continuous coaching to help you succeed in the role.
