This organisation has been operating since 2001, growing organically and building a strong reputation for delivering tailored, cost-effective project and cost management solutions. With established offices throughout the UK and Europe, the team works on complex and high-impact developments for clients spanning data centre, industrial, logistics, commercial and mixed-use projects.

You’ll be joining a diverse, expert-led group that values collaboration, clarity and long-term client partnerships, supporting projects from feasibility through to delivery and beyond.

Key Responsibilities Lead cost management services across a range of high-value projects. Prepare cost plans, detailed estimates, forecasts and financial reports. Monitor budgets, risks and procurement to optimise commercial outcomes. Work collaboratively with clients, design teams and stakeholders to deliver projects successfully. Drive value and cost efficiency through proactive commercial strategies.

Essential Requirements 5+ years’ experience in project and cost management. Proven background working with an international consultancy. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
