What will you do in this exciting role?

As a

Governance Tech Portfolio Lead , you will drive the governance of Iberia’s IT portfolio, ensuring strategic initiatives are prioritized, monitored, and aligned with our long-term technology strategy and the

Plan de Vuelo 2030 .

You will act as a key advisor to initiative owners and technology leaders, ensuring consistency, transparency, and traceability across the portfolio. Working closely with Tech Transformation, domain leaders, and Finance, you will help maximize value delivery through

Adaptive Portfolio Management (APM)

practices and data-driven decision making.

Your role will focus on governance and orchestration of initiatives rather than execution, ensuring initiatives move efficiently through the portfolio lifecycle and remain aligned with strategic priorities.

What you'll do day-to-day:

• Govern the

technology portfolio lifecycle , from intake and prioritization to delivery monitoring and benefits tracking • Drive

Adaptive Portfolio Management (APM)

practices and portfolio prioritization based on strategy, value, capacity, and risk • Ensure

traceability and transparency

across initiatives, reporting portfolio health, risks, and value delivery • Facilitate

portfolio governance forums and decision-making processes

with technology leadership • Align technology initiatives with the

Plan de Vuelo 2030 strategic objectives • Guide initiative owners on prioritization and portfolio alignment with strategy • Monitor dependencies across initiatives and recommend portfolio adjustments • Define and maintain governance frameworks, reporting, and portfolio metrics • Support financial and capacity tracking across the IT portfolio in collaboration with Finance • Lead selected initiatives owned by the

Tech Transformation area

What we’re looking for:

•

4+ years of experience in Portfolio Governance or PMO environments at scale • Experience with

Adaptive Portfolio Management (APM) or Lean Portfolio Management frameworks • Strong experience managing

multi-initiative or multi-project environments • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with initiative leaders and technology domains • Strategic mindset with the ability to understand initiatives holistically and guide prioritization decisions • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities to support portfolio governance • Fluency in

Spanish and English

What would be a plus:

• Certifications or experience with

MoP (Management of Portfolios) • Knowledge of

Portfolio of Programs (PoPs)

frameworks • Experience with

FinOps or IT Financial Management • Familiarity with

ITSM environments
