SAP O2C Manager

Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week) About the Role We are seeking an O2C Manager with deep expertise in SD and project management to help my global client in their HANA implementation.

This role is based in Barcelona requiring 3 days per week onsite. Relocators will be considered as long as you currently have right to work in the EU.

Key Responsibilities Deliver SAP O2C Tax solutions end‑to‑end, including design, configuration, testing, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare. Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and manage daily functional communication. Ensure strong commitment to delivery timelines and consistently high‑quality project execution. Lead improvement initiatives as Product Manager across the O2C and Tax functional domain. Drive integration projects in partnership with Platform and Product teams. Stay current with SAP’s technology roadmap and propose strategic enhancements to optimise the SAP environment. You Bring 12+ years of SAP SD Tax experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Deep knowledge of end‑to‑end O2C flows: quotations, ATP, warehouse and transport impacts, credit/debit memos, third‑party orders, intercompany sales, stock transfers, plant abroad, consignment, and bonded warehouse processes. Strong expertise in Tax Management, Credit Management, Pricing, Sales Outputs, and E‑invoicing. Experience working in complex SAP landscapes with strong cross‑module integration (SD to FICO, Planning, WM, MM). Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills. Proven leadership and project management capability; able to manage multiple priorities and drive cross‑team initiatives effectively.
