Senior Application Engineer

to join our team for a multinational leader in the technology and cloud sector. &##128204; Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure cloud-based applications. • Work within Agile development environments and CI/CD pipelines. • Develop and maintain REST APIs following best practices. • Integrate applications with cloud services and messaging platforms. • Implement unit, integration, and automated testing. • Monitor applications using observability and alerting tools. • Collaborate with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams. &##128161; Skills: Essential: • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Application Engineer. • Strong understanding of Cloud concepts and architectures. • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot 3.x, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA/JDBC, and Reactive Programming. • Proficiency in Java 17+. • Experience with GitHub, Maven, and Docker. • Strong knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle Database and MS SQL Server). • Experience with Azure services (Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure Event Hubs, Azure DevOps). • Advanced understanding of Cloud networking and security concepts. • Experience in REST API development. • Experience with testing frameworks and test automation. • Knowledge of Apache Kafka. • Experience with monitoring tools such as Elastic-Logstash-Kibana and Grafana. • Strong communication and moderation skills. • Fluent English (minimum B2). Desirable: • Experience working in large-scale cloud-native environments. • Strong DevOps mindset. &##128073;
