Global Sales – Telecom Analytics SaaS

Smart Hire IT Nordics is supporting a successful Spanish tech innovator, a modernSaaS company building advanced analytics and AI solutions for telecom operators globally. The product is used by mobile and fixed operators to improve network performance and customer experience. The company is financially stable and expanding across international markets.

We are hiring a commercially driven growth BDM who understands telecom environments and enjoys proactive business development. This is not an account management position. It is focused on building new pipeline and opening opportunities, expanding to global markets.

What you will do Identify and approach telecom operators across international markets Run structured outbound outreach and develop new business opportunities Qualify prospects and secure meetings with senior stakeholders Conduct discovery conversations with technical and commercial teams Support enterprise sales cycles alongside senior commercial leadership Contribute to expanding the company’s presence in new markets

Who this suits 3–7 years of experience in telecom, SaaS or technology sales Exposure to mobile networks, telecom vendors, BSS/OSS, infrastructure or analytics Comfortable with outbound prospecting and performance-based targets Able to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders Motivated to grow into a full enterprise BDM role and beyond over time
