Senior PMO – Banking & Insurance Migration

to lead the governance and delivery of a large-scale transformation program within a highly regulated financial environment. This is a high-impact role driving alignment across business, technology, and operations, with direct exposure to senior leadership and full accountability for planning, risk, and delivery outcomes.

The challenge You will lead the structure, coordination, and execution of a complex migration program, ensuring cross-functional alignment and disciplined delivery. • Lead the program governance framework • Align senior stakeholders across multiple areas and entities • Own end-to-end planning: roadmap, critical milestones, and dependencies • Oversee budget control, key risks, and major issues • Ensure delivery standards and execution quality • Oversee business, technology, and operations workstreams • Prepare executive reporting and Steering Committee materials

Role requirements • Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or migration programs in banking and/or insurance (Mandatory) • Strong governance and multi-stakeholder coordination capabilities • End-to-end ownership of planning, budgeting, and delivery of complex programs • Risk and dependency management in high-criticality environments • Experience reporting to Steering Committees and senior leadership • Knowledge of insurance product migration, operational impacts, and UK regulatory environment
