Retail Project Coordinator

with around

3 years of experience in retail projects or store rollout coordination

to join our multidisciplinary team in Barcelona and support the delivery of

international retail projects for leading global brands

.

Ideal Profile This role is ideal for someone who: Has

2–4 years of experience coordinating retail or store rollout projects Has a background in

architecture, interior design, or retail design Enjoys

coordinating teams, consultants, and international stakeholders Is comfortable working with

drawings, schedules, and project documentation Is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys

keeping complex projects on track

What You Will Do Support the coordination of

international retail projects from due diligence and site surveys through design development and store opening

. Act as a

communication link between internal teams, clients, consultants, and local partners

. Organize and participate in

weekly coordination calls with clients and project teams

. Prepare and maintain

project schedules, workback plans, and tracking tools

to monitor project progress. Track

project milestones, deliverables, and open actions

across multiple projects. Support the

review of architectural and technical drawings

and project documentation. Conduct

basic plan checks and coordination reviews

to ensure alignment between disciplines. work only when necessary on

drawings in CAD

and/or presentation decks when required but more support

revisions

done by team members Maintain

project documentation, reports, and coordination records

throughout the project lifecycle. Assist project managers in identifying

risks, delays, and coordination issues

and help facilitate solutions.

A Typical Week in This Role Participate in

weekly coordination meetings with international clients and teams Update

project trackers and rollout schedules Coordinate with

architects, engineers, and local partners Review

drawings and technical documentation Follow up on

project milestones and deliverables Support the team in resolving

design or coordination challenges

What This Role Requires Ability to manage

multiple projects simultaneously Comfort working within

fast-paced retail rollout timelines Strong attention to detail when reviewing

drawings and project documentation Clear communication with

international teams and stakeholders

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in

Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience

in retail project coordination or store rollout projects Experience supporting projects

from early feasibility through implementation and opening Proficiency in

AutoCAD (2D)

; knowledge of

Revit is a plus Professional proficiency in

English and Spanish

(both required) Strong

organizational and coordination skills Excellent

communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work

independently and within a multidisciplinary team
