Dutch Sales Development Representative

ADP is hiring a Sales Development Representative with Fluent Dutch in Barcelona * Are you looking to build a rewarding career in sales? * Do you want to join a Fortune 250 company with industry-leading sales training and the latest sales technology to help you achieve success? * In this role, you will identify leads and qualify sales opportunities. This is a client-facing role in the sales organization where you will be in charge of the first steps of the sales cycle and ultimately business opportunities for ADP. You will then engage prospects via social media, emails and phone calls to secure a conversation and uncover critical business needs. You will follow business processes and use tools such as Salesforce.com (CRM), LinkedIn, referral processing systems, and other related tools. Ultimately you will take ownership and responsibility of individual tasks and targets to ensure the overall success as per business objectives and recommendations from SDR Leadership to consistently hit sales quota.

A strong interest in building a career in sales * Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and similar tools * Dutch +High Level of English proficiency
