Java Developer

KYC Tech and Engineering are seeking a skilled Java Developer. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience in financial services, and the ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot. Develop and deploy applications using microservices architecture principles. Implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka. Integrate batch workflows and scheduling using

Control-M. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies.

Skills and Qualifications Required: Strong experience in Core Java and Spring Boot. Experience building APIs. Hands-on-experience with microservices architecture. Experience with Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, partitions). Experience integrating enterprise schedulers such as Control-M. Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL). Familiar with containerized deployments and OpenShift. Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with monitoring tools. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
