What You’ll Do Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through close, with a focus on high-impact roles Partner with leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in SaaS, CRM, AI, and/or social/content-driven industries Craft compelling outreach and candidate experiences that reflect our brand, culture, and mission Maintain a strong pipeline of both active and passive candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and market research Use data and insights to improve time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring efficiency Act as a talent advisor, bringing industry trends, competitive intel, and creative ideas to the table

What We’re Looking For 4 +years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth tech or startup environments Proven success hiring for roles in SaaS, CRM, Compliance, social media, AI, or creator-focused industries Strong sourcing skills and experience filling both technical and non-technical roles Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you know how to collaborate and influence Comfortable working in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment with evolving priorities Passion for people, culture, and finding the right fit beyond just the resume

Bonus Points For Experience recruiting internationally or across multiple time zones Familiarity with ATSs and recruiting tools LinkedIn Recruiter Interest in content creation, social media and AI is a plus!
