They are looking for a
B2C Sales Development Representative – German Market
to handle inbound sales calls, support potential customers in understanding their insurance options, and guide them toward making informed purchasing decisions

What You Will Do In Your Day-To-Day
️
● Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals by effectively converting leads into customers
● Engage with potential clients through a high volume of inbound phone calls, maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
● Listen actively to prospects’ concerns and requirements, providing clear and persuasive information about insurance products
● Clearly communicate the value and features of the insurance offerings, addressing pricing concerns and objections with confidence ✅
● Adhere to established sales scripts and guidelines while maintaining flexibility to personalise conversations and build rapport
● Work closely with sales managers and colleagues to share best practices, improve sales techniques, and contribute to overall team success
● Use CRM tools to document customer interactions, track sales progress, and update client information promptly
What You Will Bring To The Table
● Experience in phone-based sales, preferably in a call centre environment
● Ability to handle client concerns professionally, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills
● Spanish or English proficiency is highly valued to facilitate cultural integration and communication within the team
● Strong time management and ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently in a fast-paced setting ⏱️
● Comfortable using CRM tools and quick to learn new sales technologies
● Motivated by targets and bonuses, with a proactive attitude to meet and exceed sales goals
● Alignment with company values of care, ethics, expertise, and innovation, showing accountability, teamwork, and a data-driven mindset
What’s On Offer
● Fixed salary of
EUR 28,860 gross/year
+ uncapped commission (OTE:
EUR 37,000 gross/year
)
