Change Manager

***Change Management & Supply Chain Consultant – 6 months – Remote***

RED is now supporting a leading international client in the

consumer goods sector

on a large-scale transformation project and are looking for a

Change Management & Supply Chain Consultant

to join the team. This role combines strategic change management expertise with deep knowledge of

supply chain processes , and will be key to driving successful project delivery across multiple functions.

Start : Immediate Duration : 6 months+ Location : Remote Language : English and Spanish

Key Requirements:

+8 years of experience

in

supply chain

and

change management

roles, with proven leadership in complex transformations. Deep understanding of

SAP S4

and its applications in

supply chain . Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives, driving organizational change, and aligning business processes. Strong

change management

expertise in the

consumption sector

or similar industries. Fluency in

English

(advanced level), with additional Spanish skills a plus. Ability to interact with senior business and IT stakeholders, providing leadership and clear communication. Proven experience in defining, driving, and managing changes to people, processes, and systems.
