Barcelona, Spain | Full-Time | Hybrid The Role: Scaling our Outbound Excellence Carts Guru is the all-in-one SaaS solution specializing in marketing automation for e-commerce websites. Founded in 2017, we help e-merchants maximize their potential through automated Email, SMS, and Messenger campaigns.

Our primary stronghold is the

French market

, and we are looking for a high-impact

Sales Outbound Director

to lead our core growth engine. You will manage a robust outbound department of 14 people, ensuring we dominate the French sector while we begin to evaluate future opportunities in other international territories.

Strategic Mission & Objectives

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for setting up and leading the global Sales function at Carts Guru. Your mission is to drive revenue and refine our outbound operations.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of

SDRs

and

Sales Account Executives (AEs)

, ranging from medium to senior levels.

Sales Strategy:

Define the sales strategy and business objectives to achieve quarterly and annual targets and KPIs. Performance Coaching:

Train and upskill the team by providing clear instructions, motivation, and supervision of their results. Outbound Operations:

Act as a team coach, mastering sales operations and overseeing the entire sales process. Revenue Growth:

Drive revenue growth by adapting sales strategies and collaborating closely with the account management team. Market Leadership:

Maintain and strengthen our brand positioning in the French market while providing insights for potential expansion into new regions.

Profile & Qualifications

We are looking for a seasoned leader who thrives on building systems and developing senior talent.

Languages:

French

is your principal language. Spanish or English is considered a plus for internal collaboration. Experience:

5 years+ as a successful Team Lead within the

SaaS or Tech industry

. Management Provenance:

Previous experience growing and mentoring a team, ideally within a start-up or scale-up environment. Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency with

HubSpot

(or related CRMs), Google Suite, and Slack. Mindset:

Solution-oriented and result-driven with a strong analytical focus on performance. Soft Skills:

Strong adaptability in a dynamic environment, exceptional communication, and active listening skills.
