What You Will Do Within our

DevOps team

, we are building a

Business Process Management (BPM) application

on top of our pension administration system in SAP using the

Agile/Scrum methodology

. The goal of this new application is to: simplify our IT landscape, optimize internal processes and improve customer experience The system will support processes related to important

life events

, such as: retirement, job changes and marriage or cohabitation It will also support

commercial processes

, including: quoting pension products or implementing pension contracts As a

Senior OutSystems Developer

, you will play a

leading role in shaping this application

. Your responsibilities include: Collaborating with

developers, analysts, and testers

within the team Working closely with

other teams across the organization Designing and implementing

complex integrations

with: SAP pension administration Customer administration systems Digital channels CRM Output manufacturing systems Ensuring

code quality, scalability, and future-proof architecture Contributing to the

technical design of user stories Supporting analysts with

technical insights and implementation strategies Acting as a

sparring partner for the Product Owner (PO) Helping the team

achieve sprint goals Monitoring
