Your Mission You will be the trusted advisor who understands the unique challenges of our prospects and customers. Using your presales or HCM background, you’ll design and present tailored solution concepts, support sales with expert insights, and ensure a seamless handover to implementation teams.

What You’ll Do Discover, analyze and document customer needs, crafting solutions from ADP’s extensive portfolio Support sales by assessing business challenges and presenting compelling ADP solutions Lead needs analyses and prepare clear, actionable insights for prospective clients Deliver engaging, customized product demos in collaboration with sales and clients Communicate confidently with diverse audiences—from end users to executives Stay ahead of AI trends and translate them into innovative, value-driven solutions Contribute to demo system development and internal knowledge sharing Mentor new team members and support sales onboarding Provide feedback to enhance ADP’s products and services

What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in presales, business consulting, or HCM-related roles Strong customer focus with a passion for presentations and product demos Excellent communication skills in German (native or fluent C1/C2) and English (fluent C1) Ability to build relationships and adapt your approach to different audiences Detail-oriented, punctual, and proactive team player Comfortable using digital tools and eager to learn about AI-driven business solutions Commercial training or equivalent education is a plus
