We are looking for a

Business Developer

to strengthen our position in

High Voltage

, while keeping an eye on opportunities that go beyond transformers — including medium voltage solutions.

This role is about expanding markets, building relationships and developing business opportunities across the HV (and MV) landscape: Identify new customers and markets in utilities, EPCs and industrial sectors. Develop long-term partnerships with stakeholders in T&D projects. Work closely with the technical and application engineering teams to turn specifications into business. ⚡ Promote CHINT’s HV solutions (transformers, substations, AIS/GIS, switchgear).

✅ Requirements Proven experience in

business development or sales

in the

High Voltage or Medium Voltage industry

. Strong understanding of

T&D projects, EPCs and utilities

. Technical background or ability to handle technical-commercial discussions. Fluent in

English and Spanish

(both mandatory). Availability to travel. Entrepreneurial mindset, result-oriented, with strong networking skills.
