Looking to put your payroll expertise to use in a role that actually makes an impact? We’re hiring a Payroll Risk & Compliance Specialist focused on Spain. If you're passionate about getting things right, spotting gaps in processes, and working across international teams — this one’s for you.

What we’re looking for: ✅ Deep knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation ✅ Hands-on experience in a senior payroll, audit, or compliance role ✅ Proven track record with authorities, audits, and investigations ✅ Process improvement mindset and strong attention to detail ✅ Comfortable working async in a fast-paced international environment ✅ Strong Excel/data skills (SQL is a bonus) ✅ Fluent in English and Spanish
