We are looking for a visionary
Sales Manager
based in
Barcelona
to lead our charge into the Spanish automotive market. If you have deep connections with OEMs (like SEAT/Cupra, VW, Stellantis, etc.) and Tier 1 suppliers, and you want to represent a cutting-edge technology provider with a
top-tier compensation package , this is your opportunity.
The Opportunity
As our
Sales Manager for Spain , you will be the face of ISVISION in the region. You won’t just be selling; you will be building a legacy.
Strategic Impact:
Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Spain, targeting major OEMs and Tier 1 integrators.
Global Exposure:
Work directly with our global leadership team and collaborate with international projects across Europe.
Product Excellence:
Sell a proven, award-winning portfolio covering Guidance, Measurement, Inspection, and Identification systems for Stamping, BIW, Paint Shop, Final Assembly, and Battery lines.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify and penetrate new opportunities within the Spanish automotive sector (OEMs and System Integrators).
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain C-level and technical relationships with key decision-makers.
Full Sales Cycle:
Manage the entire sales process from lead generation and technical consultation to negotiation and closing.
Market Intelligence:
Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and customer pain points to refine our European strategy.
Collaboration:
Work closely with our global FAE and R&D teams to tailor solutions for local client needs.
✅ Who You Are
Experience:
5+ years of successful sales experience in
automotive automation equipment , vision systems, or robotic integration.
Network:
Existing strong network with Spanish OEMs (e.g., SEAT/Cupra group) and Tier 1 suppliers is
highly preferred .
Language:
Native/Bilingual proficiency in
Spanish
and fluent professional
English
(mandatory).
Mindset:
A hunter mentality with a passion for technology. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are eager to challenge the status quo.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
Mobility:
Willingness to travel within Spain and occasionally across Europe.
