Health Safety Environment Supervisor

Context

We are looking for an HSE Supervisor for an offshore/onshore project.

Location:

Lemoniz site (near Bilbao) Period:

From 10/02/26 to August 2026 Work schedule:

5 days per week, onshore.

Main responsibilities: Inspect vessels Welcome and induct personnel Lead meetings Prepare and manage work permits Report HSE events Carry out risk assessments Manage a worksite independently Perform root cause analysis

Mandatory requirements: Must speak and write Spanish fluently and English proficiently Must be resourceful and able to work with a high level of autonomy Would be a plus (but not mandatory): Speaks French Previous experience working in Spain (a major plus given the country’s specific legislation), especially in the Basque Country Knowledge of HSE standards such as those used in oil & gas Maritime knowledge – BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Training)
